The conference business is tough right now! Converting interest into registrations is challenging!

Clive is a short video clip where you can speak directly to visitors to your conference webpage about why they should attend your event.

As the conference convenor, you are the face of your event; you are the person inviting people to attend your conference. There’s no better way of inviting them than by doing it directly in a video clip.

Alternatively, if you are using an MC – such as Gerry Gannon - why not get him/her to record the invitation?

Here’s a suggested script you might like to adapt for the purposes of your own event.

“Hi, I’m Gerry Gannon and I’m the MC for this conference on whose webpage you are now seeing me. I’d like to invite you to attend this conference in July. You’ll see from our website that the program is tailor-made for the nursing profession and we have some top flight speakers such as the Federal Minister for Health. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with around 400 of your fellow professionals and you have the chance to dress as your favourite Star Wars character for our conference dinner. 

Registration is now open and if you mention this video clip when registering, you have the opportunity of winning an accommodation prize at the Grand Hyatt.  I look forward to personally meeting you in Melbourne in July”
